Statement on April 5 Lawyers' Day

On the occasion of April 5 Lawyers' Day, we issued a statement highlighting the importance of the defense profession and its current challenges.
In the statement issued by our Bar on the occasion of April 5 Lawyers' Day, it was emphasized that the defense is a constitutive element of the judiciary and a guarantor of the rule of law.
The statement noted that lawyers' ability to practice their profession freely and without pressure is indispensable for a democratic society, and it drew attention to the steps that must be taken to resolve the problems faced by the defense profession.
